Aware of the missing images. Something odd happened when I mapped the gatsome.com domain over to WordPress so I’m trying to sort it out. If they are all unrecoverable (years worth) I’m going to be a pretty sad sad panda.

Just a word of caution, always back up your shit! I think I did back it up too, so I’ll have to do some searching.

Edit: I DID back it up, but that was on 6/19/08 so there’s still plenty of missing info. I may have most of those in emails to others, etc. Also, I’m attempting a recovery of my pics folder later today so that would take care of anything else missing.

Further Edit: Since I had to change the nameservers for the domain, it removed any link whatsoever (via FTP or otherwise) to any existing files on my host’s server(s). In order to retain the ability to host files I had to set up a subdomain and map that to WordPress. Then have the domain forward to the subdomain as well as changing the nameservers back.

Now I have to wait an unspecified amount of time before everything is back to normal. This is what I get for being a noob at the infrastructure side of the internets.
